HARDCORE JEET KUNE DO RETURNS TO BIRMINGHAM!!!

The opportunity that I have waited for has finally come!  As some of you already know, I have hinted at a big change coming in our training program!  Starting Tuesday, June 1st, 2010 all Hardcore Jeet Kune Do classes will be held at the SPORTS MEDICINE & FITNESS INSTITUTE in Vestavia, Alabama.  Class will be held on Tuesday and Thursday nights from 7:00 to 8:30.  We will continue to have one seminar a month, which will also be held there.  They want us to make this our permanent home, and that is just fine with me!  In case you want to look up the location, the address is 2221 Old Columbiana Road, Vestavia Hills, AL 35216.  Here is their website: http://www.40dash.com/index.php

The fee structure will remain the same ($100.00 per Month), and dues will be due at the end of each month to pay for the following month.  You will continue to pay your dues directly to me, either IN CASH or through Paypal.  This is a fantastic opportunity for us to really move with our training!  We have a HUGE (basketball gym) room for class, and an excellent floor to move on!  I can leave the focus gloves and kicking shields there, so we will have full access to training equipment.  Please bring your personal equipment to every class, as we will definitely be putting it to use!  Also, this means that we can hit The DRAGON Restaurant for dinner after class, which is the best Chinese restaurant in Birmingham … or anywhere else we want to go for that matter!  I need to know who all is interested in attending these classes!  If I can count on seeing you there, please let me know by email as soon as you possibly can!  I look forward to hearing from you, and to having some of you back in class with me that have been M.I.A.!  Come on out and train with me at our inaugural first class at SMFI on Tuesday, June 1st!  I’ll see you there!
